We produce and market quality pasture raised, grain finished beef that is tasty, healthy, tender, and antibiotic free. Cattle in our pasture to plate program are never given antibiotics. If cattle in our beef program become sick and require antibiotics, they are removed from the program and are sold commercially. Our cattle are always raised on grass pastures, have access to quality forage and are finished on grain to help create a wonderful product for you and your family.
We process cattle at around 15-17 months of age when they weigh around 1,300 lbs. These cattle have lived their entire lives on beautiful North Texas pastures and have been processed to our exacting, humane standards by local, inspected facilities.
All our beef is dry aged for 14 days to maximize both flavor and tenderness. At that point, the beef is hand trimmed, portioned, frozen and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness and flavor until the meat is served. You will pick up your meat directly from the processor.
