When can my order be picked up?
We ask that you pay 1/2 down to hold your animal. The second 1/2 is required the week before the animal is delivered to the processor. You’ll then work with the processor to determine the cuts you want, how your meat is packaged, etc. The meat is aged 14 days prior to being cut to your exact specifications. Then, you’ll pick up your meat from the processor directly.
