Our Ranch
We are located in beautiful Era, Texas. All our beef is pasture raised and finished with grain for 120 days prior to processing to provide healthy, sustainable nutrition for you and your family. We prefer grain finished to grass finished beef. It creates beef that is quality, tender, and tasty.
Prepared with Care
We control the entire process from our ranch to your door to ensure quality control. We utilize flash freezing to keep meat fresh and to lock in nutrients.
Local Pickup
We sell whole, half, and quarter beefs processed locally. You pay us for the animal and work with the processor to have your meat cut exactly to your wishes! Your products can be stored in a freezer for up to 12 months.
